In the spring of 2017, the Friends of the Garden made a $50,000 donation to the Plant Biology Research Institute (IRBV) for a project to create a new multi-functional room. Its open-plan design will be an inspiring setting for the professors, researchers and students who work there.

The Friends’ Board of Directors welcomes this latest opportunity to support the research conducted at the Montréal Botanical Garden and highlight the heritage buildings of our institution.
